The Training Team

Our certified trainers are well prepared to tackle the job of training your staff, regardless of their location. With our highly experience training team, you can rely on effective initial training, super user training and advanced training. Our trainers work with you to develop a customized training agenda to fit your specific needs. Continuing education is as important to us as it is to you. Why? Because our software is only as good as your ability to use it. We can also arrange for your own in-house trainers to be thoroughly educated.

The Process

Once you and your practice are ready for training we guide you through the implementation process step by step. Your dedicated Account Manager will contact you to discuss the steps for your office.

Some of the steps include the following:

• Training dates will be decided and booked.
• The trainer assigned to your office will contact you to introduce themselves and get details about the practice.
• Hardware and software need to be installed one week prior to training. A hardware certification form will need to be completed and returned to Henry Schein Practice Solutions.
